Our client is an Australian privately owned and operated investment group with diversified interests across logistics, distribution, construction and property sectors.

Due to growth, they require an exceptional communicator with a passion for property to join their team in the role of Accounts Officer on a permanent full time (or 0.8 FTE for the right candidate) basis, based in their West Perth office.

The Role

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Reconciliation
  • Records Administration
  • Systems, procedures and process improvement
  • Assist with financial analysis, reporting and budgeting
  • Assist with administration of facilities management requests

Ideal Candidate

  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting/CA desirable but not essential
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience in property or alternatively a keen interest in property
  • Experience with Yardi
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Respectful of confidential information
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
