The Position:
Chef
We pride ourselves on the culinary creations served from our kitchen and are looking for an experienced and passionate chef to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position is a natural leader with previous experience preparing Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine, is well versed in preparing meals for diners, interviewing and training staff, kitchen inventory management and partnering with cooks and kitchen hands to innovate delectable dishes to add to our growing menu. Responsibilities
1. Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies.
2. Monitoring the quality of dishes throughout all the stages of preparation leading up to and including the presentation.
3. Discussing food preparation issues with managers, dietitians, kitchen and waiting staff.
4. Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures.
5. Explaining and enforcing health and safety regulations.
6. Select and train staff throughout recruitment processes
7. Oversee the storage and preservation of key ingredients.
What we offer:
· Annual Base Salary: AUD$75000-$ hr/week)
· Plus Super, Allowance, Bonus.

Qualifications:
· Cert. IV in Commercial Cookery
· Minimum 03 years of work experience.
· Applicant should be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.
LOCATION:
We are located in Rouse Hill. There is a parking, and we are also accessible via bus and train.
