
Office Administrative All Rounder

Sepia International is a premium exporter specialising in the FMCG – Food service industry, in particular to the luxury resort industry of The Maldives and Seychelles. At Sepia International, our team is the key to our success.
We are currently seeking an Office Administrative All Rounder to join our team in Tullamarine. This is a full-time position of 35 hours a week at the office, our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Your role will be reporting to the General Manager.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:

Enter customer orders into our ordering system
-
Processing purchase orders to suppliers
-
Preparing, checking and sending invoices to customers
-
Assist with the planning, coordination and implementation of marketing material to customers
-
Updating the company website and social media platforms
-
Assist with accounts tasks such as Accounts Payable, Receivables, Payroll
-
Communicate with customers regarding the enquiries and orders
-
Additional administrative and project tasks will be required

Experience in Administration

Can drive to Tullamarine, please note public transport is very limited.

Hold permanent residence or are an Australian Citizen

You are a punctual and reliable team member

You have basic MYOB Knowledge

You have intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Excel and Word, Publisher

You are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone

You are a forward thinker and pay close attention to detail

You enjoy working within a hardworking team of like-minded individuals

You are an organised individual

Experience in Digital designing and Canva experience will be regarded

Experience in accounts related roles will be regarded
