Position Title: Hospitality All-Rounder/Barista

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages, following all recipes and guidelines.
- Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly demeanour, taking orders, and providing recommendations.
- Handling transactions and cash and credit card payments.
- Providing support to the kitchen staff, including food preparation and ordering.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assisting with other tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and provide support to different areas of the business.
- No weekend work required. Day shifts only
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: From $893.60 per week
