**All Rounder (Food Process Worker to Team Leader)**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced All Rounder for our client based in Tullamarine. The successful applicant will be available for an immediate start and will be looking for a long-term position

**ROLE**:

- All Rounder - Food Process Worker and Team Lead duties
- Paid a higher payrate once fully trained and performing T/L duties

**CANDIDATE MUST BE**:

- Available for a full weekly roster for Afternoon Shift 14:00-22:00
- Ideally have had exposure to an FMCG environment
- Good analytical skills
- Solid written and literacy skills
- Confidence in leading a team of up to 12 production workers.
- Keenness to learn and take on responsibility.

**Additional to be successful for the role, you must possess the following;**
- Experience in a manufacturing food industry
- Steel capped boots will be required
- Understanding food hygiene, HACCP and quality requirements
- Knowledge of Workplace safety
- License and Reliable Transport

Pay: $33.41 - $45.05 per hour
