About the role

This full-time Accountant position at Deicorp Pty Ltd, located in Redfern NSW 2016, is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial professional to join a dynamic and innovative company. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage fixed asset accounting (acquisition, depreciation, disposal, SaaS adjustments)
  • Audit records for compliance; implement internal controls
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve CapEx/OpEx issues from audits
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports; manage P&L, sales/COGS, cost recharging, discounts, deferred adjustments
  • Develop and monitor budgets for projects to support strategic planning
  • Work with management to gather data for accurate cash flow forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with internal/external audits of CapEx/OpEx; prepare and submit financial disclosures
  • Identify process improvements and evaluate business opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related field
  • Proven experience in financial management and accounting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, SAP, Microsoft Office
