EA to Founder

We have a truly special opportunity to join us as the Executive Assistant to our Founder, Jose Bryce Smith. Jose is a visionary leader who has spent her career reimagining the haircare industry with purpose, passion and integrity.

This is so much more than a typical EA role. You'll be at the heart of the brand - supporting, collaborating and helping bring big ideas to life. Every day will look a little different: one moment you'll be organising international travel, then next stepping into a meeting on behalf of the Founder.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the Founder's diary with care and precision, ensuring her time is spent where it matters most.
• Coordinate flights, accommodation, ground transport and all logistics.
• Support ambassador and stakeholder engagement, ensuring every interaction feels personal and polished.
• Assist with PR, media, and film social media content, collaborating closely with our Marketing team.
• Handle administrative tasks, expenses, and presentations with ease and attention to detail.
• Represent the Founder in meetings when she's unavailable, ensuring the O&M vision is always carried through.
• Contribute ideas, solutions and energy to initiatives that shape the future of O&M.

About you

• You have 3 years previous experience working as an EA.
• You have experience managing a social media account for an Executive including filming and creating content.
• You have experience working in a startup/scale up environment.
• You're proactive, highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You bring creativity, flexibility and initiative to everything you do.
• You'll be available to support and attend key evening events as required.
