BCA Concepts Pty Ltd is one of South Australia's leading certification businesses, recognised for our professionalism, industry expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. We're currently looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.

About the role:

In this varied role, you'll support the smooth day to day running of the business, working closely with our director and team to keep projects moving efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up project job folders and maintaining accurate records
  • Updating and maintaining our jobs board
  • Sending off and following up on engineering referrals
  • Preparing and sending fee proposals
  • Lodging applications on the PlanSA portal
  • Issuing invoices on Xero and following up on overdue accounts
  • Organising travel plans for interstate inspections
  • Answering phones and handling client enquiries

About you:

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised, with great attention to detail
  • Confident in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A clear communicator with excellent phone manner
  • Comfortable using Xero, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software (experience with is an advantage)
  • A team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach

Previous experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded, though not essential. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn above all else.
