Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our awesome team on the sunshine coast.
You'll be working for Essential Shield, a natural mould remediation business that's been around for 15 years.
We are now expanding to other services and looking for someone who is keen to help us grow.
15 hours per week, on Thursday and Fridays.
It is a job share role.
The role is work from home, and we manage mostly through Slack. The occasional errand around sunshine coast will be required so own car is a bonus.
Anywhere on the sunshine coast is fine, close to Marcoola and Coolum a bonus.
The job includes:
- Answering calls and scheduling jobs
 - Experience with servicem8 system a bonus
 - Managing relationships with real estate agents
 - Managing relationships with private clients
 - Managing tasks through gmail
 - Chasing payments
 - Decentralised business - WFH, but may be required to run about the sunny coast for odd jobs / admin, communication via slack
 - Will need own phone / computer
 - Skill around book keeping helpful
 - 2 days per week Thurs and Friday
 - Would suit mother wanting part time work.
 - Someone experience with trades business ideal - but not necessary, we will provide full training for the right person looking for a sea change or to mix it up
