Are you highly organised, proactive, and love working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an Operations Assistant / Personal Assistant to join our small but growing team managing multiple Airbnb and short-term rental properties across the Sunshine Coast.

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is tech-savvy, has strong communication skills, and is happy to get hands-on when needed. You'll be supporting the day-to-day operations of multiple properties while also assisting the host directly with personal and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations and coordination across multiple holiday let properties
  • Communicate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth turnovers
  • Handle guest-related enquiries and assist with booking management when required
  • Oversee inventory, restocking, and organising supplies
  • Assist with property inspections and quality control to maintain high standards
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, emails, and reporting
  • Support the host with personal assistant duties as required
  • Social media / Meta experience advantageous

About You

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Confident communicator with great people skills
  • Comfortable using apps, online booking platforms, and spreadsheets
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
  • Flexibility to assist on weekends or after hours occasionally, if required
  • A driver's licence, pc and your own car are essential
  • Driving between properties required for daily duties as required

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
