About the Role

Are you a confident, people-driven professional ready to manage your own premium cosmetic studio?

White & Bright is seeking a Studio Partner to lead our flagship Brisbane location, offering the independence of running your own business with the support of a trusted brand.

This role combines leadership, client care, and business growth. You'll perform cosmetic teeth-whitening treatments, manage studio operations, and build lasting relationships with clients who value a brighter, more confident smile.

It's ideal for someone with a sales or dental/beauty background who thrives in a calm, client-focused space and wants real ownership of their success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering professional teeth whitening treatments using premium products and advanced whitening technology.
  • Managing all aspects of daily studio operations — bookings, payments, stock, and client communication
  • Building a loyal client base through excellent service, follow-ups, and memberships
  • Promoting products and packages that complement in-studio results
  • Ensuring the studio maintains the highest standards of presentation and hygiene
  • Tracking performance metrics, driving bookings, and meeting monthly targets with confidence and care

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in
    sales, dental assisting, beauty therapy
    , or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, professional presence
  • Self-motivated and confident working independently
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
  • Driven to achieve sales goals through genuine service and connection
  • Passionate about helping people feel confident in their smile
