White & Bright is one of Brisbane's highest-rated teeth whitening studios, known for safe, pain-free treatments, exceptional customer service, and consistent results.

We're growing and looking for a friendly, reliable assistant to join our Brisbane City studio.


About the Role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong customer service skills
  • Can multitask and manage multiple appointments smoothly
  • Works confidently and independently
  • Is reliable, organised, and communicates well
  • Has experience meeting KPIs and achieving performance targets.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Client Care & Experience

  • Deliver professional LED teeth whitening treatments (full training provided)
  • Create a warm, calming environment that encourages return visits
  • Educate clients on aftercare, maintenance, and product options
  • Proactively follow up with clients and support ongoing bookings

Operations & Performance

  • Manage daily studio operations, including room setup, stock, and presentation
  • Maintain accurate client records and uphold brand standards
  • Take ownership of KPIs and revenue goals, with full training and support provided

Shifts Available

  • 3 days per week, including Saturday
  • Additional shifts available as we grow

Requirements

  • Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship (mandatory)
  • Well-presented and confident with clients
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Available on Saturdays
  • (No dental qualifications required. Dental assistant experience is a bonus.)
