Spanian's Kebabs is on the lookout for a leader to help lead the crew in Preston Victoria. This isn't just about slinging feeds — we need someone who can keep the team firing, the food top-notch, and the vibe strong.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Running shifts and keeping service smooth from open to close.
  • Leading and motivating crew members (front counter + kitchen).
  • Serving up kebabs, sides, and sauces to the highest standard.
  • Training, coaching, and developing new staff to lift performance.
  • Managing stock levels, ordering, rosters, and cash handling.
  • Driving store performance through P&L accountability, labour costs, and sales targets.
  • Monitoring KPIs (speed, service quality, cost control, waste).
  • Keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and compliant with food safety & OH&S standards.
  • Rolling up your sleeves — whether it's on the grill, POS, or dish station — and leading by example.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Prior hospitality or quick-service leadership experience (supervisor, team leader, duty manager)
  • Reliable, cool under pressure, and sharp with time management
  • Strong customer focus — you set the tone for great service
  • Team player who leads with energy and respect
  • Solid work ethic and a knack for solving problems on the go
  • Previous success in meeting KPI's
