Client Service Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to support our advisers and deliver outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
o Handling client calls and emails professionally and promptly
o Communicating proactively with clients regarding advice implementation and service requests
o Communication with product providers on the adviser's behalf
o Adviser diary management
o Quality checking document prepared by other team members ahead of client meetings
o Select and schedule social media activities, including the monthly newsletter
o Manage our shared inbox
o Ensuring compliance with company, licensee, and legislative requirements
o Maintaining accurate client records and database management
o Project support work as directed by the Practice Manager
o Other ad-hoc duties as directed
Skill and Experience
o A genuine and personalised approach to customer service
o Effective communication and interpersonal skills
o Strong prioritisation and time management skills
o Impeccable attention to detail
o Previous experience in an administration role
