**About the Role**
Assisting our accounting and mortgage broking team to deliver ongoing client care.
**About You**
Essential Capabilities/Experience
- Previous administration experience - preferably in the accounting, mortgage broking or financial services environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience proofing documents (highly regarded)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and CRMs)
- High attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Willingness to take ownership of a problem and to find an appropriate solution for our clients and staff members alike
- Advanced communication (written and verbal) skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We have a team of over 20 staff that offer services in Financial Planning, Risk Insurance, Business Accounting, Tax, Mortgage Broking, and Corporate Compliance.
