About us

Derm Skin Specialists is a growing dermatology clinic based in Mount Gravatt. Our team includes dermatologists, clinical assistants, nurses and administrative staff all dedicated to providing high-quality medical, surgical, laser and cosmetic dermatology care.

We are looking for a marketing & content creator to join our team one day per week and help us elevate our brand presence across digital and print platforms.

About the Role

You will work directly with our doctor and small team to plan, create, and deliver marketing content that reflects our clinic's brand and expertise. Please note that this position is entirely on-site, and remote work is not available.

Your daily duties will involve:

  • Generating creative ideas and planning engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, Blogs, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Filming and editing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok's, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Writing captions that connect with our audience and call to action
  • Designing digital and print assets such as brochures, flyers, look books, educational presentations, waiting-room T.V loops
  • Create visual content and updating website copy or layout as needed
  • Develop leads and maintain relationships with media to generate brand coverage
  • Assisting with brand consistency and marketing strategy development
  • Manage the content calendar to deliver campaigns and projects on time
  • Monitor and analyse content performance
  • Stay up-to-date with latest trends
  • Stay up to date with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.

About You

You are a proactive, hands-on marketer who's comfortable wearing many hats. You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design
  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Skills in video editing, graphic design, and copywriting
  • A creative eye and attention to detail
  • Confidence filming and working collaboratively with team members
  • Experience working in healthcare and beauty is highly desirable
