Enjoy a 9-Day Fortnight – A Rare Perk in the Construction Industry

Lanbuild is seeking experienced, trade-qualified Carpenters to join our growing team. We offer something that's not common in the industry, a 9-day fortnight, giving you an extra day off every second week while still working full-time hours.

You'll work on a variety of building maintenance, infrastructure, and commercial projects across the Gold Coast, with occasional work in the Northern Rivers. If you take pride in quality workmanship and want long-term stability, we want to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform carpentry tasks across multiple sites
  • Handle repairs, maintenance, renovations, and new works
  • Work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ensure high standards of quality and client satisfaction
  • Assist with materials delivery and site preparation

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate (Circa $48hour depending on experience)

We're Looking For:

  • Cert III in Carpentry (minimum 4 years' experience post apprenticeship)
  • Skills in plastering, tiling, caulking, paving, concreting (a bonus)
  • Own vehicle, PPE, and tools
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving ability
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Current driver's licence
  • Committed to WH&S standards
