  • Caseload:Mostly Aged between 3-14 years, tailored to your preferences.

  • Passionate, Values-Led Leadership: The Director has a background in teaching, and has lived experience supporting her two neurodivergent children, which fuels her passion for allied health.
  • No KPI's:productivity is measured based on clients seen and also accounts for complexity of clients
  • Admin Team Support: Takes care of service agreements, invoicing, bookings and can draft input patient info for draft reports
  • Supervisiontailored to your needs - be supported by a Team Lead Speech Pathologist with 8+ Years Experience
  • Multidisciplinary Team: 6 OT's, 4 SP's & a Director
  • Capped Travel:Hybrid Role - any travel is capped to a particular area to avoid excessive driving
  • Facilities:Brand NEW clinic, equipped with a sensory gym & individualised therapy rooms

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
