About the Role – Assembly Worker

We're on the hunt for motivated Assembly Workers to help us build the world's best off-road camper trailers. Whether you're just starting out with an interest in mechanics or you've already got hands-on experience, this role is all about teamwork, precision, and pride in your work.

This is a full-time role working a 38-hour week over 9 days:

Week 1: Monday–Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm, Friday 7:00am–3:30pm

Week 2: Monday–Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm, Friday RDO

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling camper trailers using basic hand tools
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
  • Keeping your workspace safe, organised, and clean
  • Minimising waste and working efficiently to meet production goals
  • Following clear instructions while showing initiative and teamwork

You will be reliable and energetic, with high attention to detail, a practical mind and the desire to understand how things work.  Your proactive nature together with your strong work ethic will be an advantage. Your ability to communicate and work as part of a team will also be critical to your success.

Experience in camper trailer assembly, vehicle accessories, or general mechanical work is highly regarded — but a great attitude and willingness to learn is just as important.
