HRIS Analyst- SuccessFactors

Client Details

People in Payroll is seeking highly experienced SuccessFactors SME to join a well-known and growing ASX-listed construction company based in Melbourne who are entering Phase 2 of an ECP rollout.

This role offers the opportunity to join the business at the start of its SuccessFactors implementation, playing a key role in supporting the business and project team throughout the process.

Key Duties

  • Gather, document, and prioritise business requirements for HRIS implementation (Core HR, Recruitment, Workforce Management).
  • Analyse processes, documents, and system logic using techniques like process mapping and user stories.
  • Develop and execute test scripts.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend optimised workflows aligned with HRIS capabilities.
  • Support HRIS users, address issues, and facilitate system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Work with the System Implementor to configure HRIS to align with business processes.
  • Plan and coordinate testing, including user acceptance testing.
  • Engage with SMEs, testers, change managers, and third parties for a fit-for-purpose solution.
  • Document and communicate project requirements, scope, and status to stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive HRIS implementation and configuration documentation.

Ideal Experience

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.
  • Proven experience managing SuccessFactors implementations, hypercare, and BAU support.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring seamless project transitions and ongoing system enhancements.
  • Experience within construction or similar industries would be highly advantageous.

Salary & Location

  • Salary on offer: Up to $160K - $180K + Super.
  • This role is initially a 12 month contract role based in the CBD.
  • Candidates must be available to work on-site three days per week.
