We are seeking a professional and analytical individual to join our expanding HR team as a
Human Resource Operations Analyst
.

This role plays a vital part in improving the efficiency and accuracy of HR operations, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business process optimisation across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

You will contribute directly to the ongoing improvement of HR systems, workforce data, and internal communication channels, helping align people operations with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and analyse HR data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support HR and management decisions
  • Assist in process reviews, identifying areas for efficiency improvements
  • Support employee lifecycle administration including onboarding and record maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow consistency

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, or HR data systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and attention to detail

Work Arrangement & Benefits

All new employees will participate in a
one-week online training program
, designed to familiarise you with internal systems and reporting standards.

Upon completion, the role will transition to
on-site work at Rialto Towers, 525 Collins Street, Melbourne CBD
, under a hybrid arrangement.

Employment Type:
Part-time / Hybrid

Work Hours:
15–25 hours per week

Pay Range:
AUD $45–$55 per hour (based on experience and capability)

Eligibility:
Open only to candidates currently residing in Australia with valid working rights.
