Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Perth, WA, for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties. Duties include managing tenant relations, conducting property inspections, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with property management regulations. The role requires meticulous record-keeping, financial management, and providing exceptional service to tenants and property owners.

Qualifications

  • Property management experience, including tenant relations, property inspections, and maintenance coordination
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and record-keeping
  • Knowledge of property management regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Relevant qualifications in property management or real estate
  • Experience in handling property management software is a plus
