Section Waiter – Tillerman Seafood Restaurant & Bar

Tillerman Seafood Restaurant & Bar is a premium dining destination located right on the Brisbane River. Our team is made up of passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in their craft and care for one another like family.

We are looking for an experienced Section Waiter to join our front-of-house team.

About the Role

  • 30–38 hours per week
  • Lead your own section in a fast-paced premium dining environment
  • Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and professional service
  • Work closely with a team of like-minded professionals

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a section waiter role (premium dining preferred)
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge
  • Ability to create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
