About Our Client
Our client is an international manufacturer of quality equipment for HVAC systems supplying air filters, insulated flexible ducting, air grilles and vents, and fittings. They custom make a complete range of air conditioning systems to suit customer needs and have them readily available as required.

What You Will Be Doing
They are currently seeking an Counter Sales Officer, to be based out of their Acacia Ridge site. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4pm, and be responsible for the following duties:

  • Process Sales Orders as instructed by Commercial Team
  • Reply to Customer Inquiries for Delivery updates
  • Process of smaller pricing inquiries
  • Processing Invoices
  • Arranging Transport for outgoing Orders
  • Monitoring of overdue Orders and re-dating due dates as required
  • Receipting of POs into the system
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client, branch staff and commercial team
  • Ensure clients needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Track, manage and change orders in the system

What You Will Need

  • Drivers license + transport
  • Prior experience in Administration role
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Work/Outlook)
  • Good data entry skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to understand Commercial Products and Discuss with Customers
