About the role

As the Business Development Manager at Ray White Eltham & Diamond Creek, you will play a vital role in driving growth across both our rental and sales divisions.

This is a part-time opportunity ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and securing new business across the property landscape. Working alongside our energetic teams in Eltham and Diamond Creek, you'll represent the Ray White brand with professionalism and enthusiasm while helping to grow our presence in the local community.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively sourcing new rental and sales opportunities

  • Conducting rental appraisals and sales consultations with potential clients

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and in-person meetings

  • Preparing high-quality proposals and service presentations

  • Creating and maintaining a structured prospecting plan

  • Monitoring local market activity and competitor trends

  • Reporting on business development activity and outcomes

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding

What we're looking for

  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate

  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

  • Demonstrated experience in real estate business development (rentals and/or sales)

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • A confident, proactive approach with a focus on results

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Professional presentation and demeanor

  • Familiarity with PropertyMe or similar CRM platforms is a plus
