**About Our Client**:

- Preparation and planning of office meetings both with management and the broader team.
- Ordering office equipment and supplies.
- Providing support to the service manager with scheduling and client-related projects.
- Setting up new system records for sales enquiries
- Provide administration support to field staff when required.
- Comprehensive administrative support.
- Attending regular ad-hoc activities as and when required.
- Other administrative duties as requested

**The Successful Applicant**:
This client is seeking someone who is passionate about all things administration support and may be wanting their next step up into a Personal Assistant opportunity
- Experienced across administration support or a scheduling/coordination role
- Enjoys working in a role that offers variety and a busy pace
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced across MS Office Suites and other systems - enjoys learning new systems and processes Seeking a role where you can be part of the team and want to grow with the business
