Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rostering Coordinator to join our team in Mirrabooka, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee schedules and ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and will involve close collaboration with house team leaders to meet staffing needs in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain employee schedules for all departments.
  • Ensure that all shifts are adequately staffed.
  • Work closely with department managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Monitor employee attendance and make adjustments to schedules as needed.
  • Ensure that all scheduling is done in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with employees regarding their schedules and any changes that may occur.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee schedules and attendance.
  • Provide reports to management regarding staffing levels and scheduling trends.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
  • Sound knowledge of the SCHADS Award and rostering compliance.
