About the role

Working collaboratively with the Change Manager and team, the Training Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of learning and development associated with the Optima Rostering Project, including providing HyperCare support. The training coordinator will identify and verify training needs, coordinate training schedules and deliver training to ensure employees receive the necessary support during critical transition periods.

In consultation with the Project & Change teams, utilising existing Optima Rostering training documentation the Training Coordinator will ensure training materials are relevant and updated as required to meet business requirements. This role will also deliver regular support to end-users of the Optima applications and support the project team on other project activities as required.
