- Consistently working towards efficiencies & improvements across the business
- Previous experience in welding (1st or 2nd class)
- Proficient in MIG welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and able to produce high quality work
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Desirable - Forklift Licence
- Strength & fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
- Strong awareness of safety standard and alertness of moving parts and people
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy & pace
