RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Read & interpret product drawings and welding specifications
  • Welding of fencing & gate products specific to customer requirements
  • Coordinating and managing workshop materials, tools and equipment
  • Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures for quality & accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the workshop area
  • Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
  • Consistently working towards efficiencies & improvements across the business
ABOUT YOU
  • Previous experience in welding (1st or 2nd class)
  • Proficient in MIG welding techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and able to produce high quality work
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Desirable - Forklift Licence
  • Strength & fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
  • Strong awareness of safety standard and alertness of moving parts and people
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy & pace
