The Opportunity

Our client is a high-profile SaaS business, based in Melbourne's inner suburbs. 

We're seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join on a 4-month contract basis with strong potential to extend. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a global payroll of 800+ employees, with exposure to US payroll highly valued. 

The Challenge

Reporting to the Financial Controller your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Manage end-to-end global payroll processing for 800+ employees across multiple regions
  • Ensure compliance with local tax, superannuation, and employment regulations
  • Support US payroll processing and reporting requirements
  • Prepare reconciliations, reporting, and audit documentation as required
  • Drive process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in HRIS and payroll systems
  • Support payroll projects and process improvements as required

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, ideally in a global environment
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance, and reporting requirements
  • Exposure to US payroll processes and compliance (highly regarded)
  • Proficiency with ADP payroll system preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Immediate availability | Full Australian working rights
