About the Role

We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly and exciting team in Dandenong South in a Full Time or Part Time (3-4 days) capacity.

The ideals candidate' duties will include,

  • Website: daily maintenance and updating of Group websites.
  • Proposals and capability statements: assist with the content creation, preparation of capability statements.
  • Branding: maintain the consistency of SEM Windows branding on all internal and external collateral.
  • Design and produce advertising materials, including brochures and flyers and assist in new product announcement.
  • Assist in the creation of content for social media, e.g. LinkedIn.
  • Client communications: assist with the creation and publication of all communications including newsletters, collateral, and email campaigns.
  • Support the planning and execution of social events.

About You

  • Minium 1-year experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant Degree.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using relevant software.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
