Home Staging All-Rounder
About Us
We're STYLENGO, a growing home staging business servicing Melbourne and surrounds. Our mission is simple: we transform homes to sell faster and for higher prices, creating beautiful, welcoming spaces that resonate with buyers.
We're now expanding our small, close-knit team and looking for a motivated all-rounder who's ready to roll up their sleeves and be part of the exciting, fast-paced world of home staging
About the Role
This is a full-time, hands-on role that's perfect for someone energetic, practical, and flexible.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving our small company truck to and from properties (no truck licence required – but you will need a manual licence)
- Carefully loading and unloading furniture into properties
- Assisting the team with property staging and room set-ups
- Hanging artwork and assembling furniture
- Collecting and dropping off keys at real estate offices
- Helping maintain an organised, tidy warehouse
You'll report to our Team Leader and Head Stylists, working together to bring each property to life.
What We're Looking For
We need someone who is reliable, adaptable, and takes pride in their work.
- Previous experience in removals, furniture handling, or truck driving preferred but not required
- A competent, respectful and safe driver on the roads
- A quick learner who can hit the ground running
- A teamplayer with a can-do attitude
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Proactive and adaptable - someone who thinks two-steps ahead and can adapt their workflow to work seamlessly with the rest of the team.
- Strong/physically fit
- A can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- A logical brain that see's packing a truck like a game of Tetris
- High level of communication skills so that operations can run smoothly amongst the entire team
- Respect for clients' homes and our stock – you'll handle furniture carefully and professionally
- Attention to detail - a finished staged home needs to be close to perfect, with nothing out of place, so a keen eye for detail is essential
Who We're Not Looking For
While driving is one part of this role, it's only one piece of the puzzle. If you're looking for a job where you simply drive a truck from A to B, unload, and move on, this isn't the position for you.
This role is hands-on, creative, and team-focused. We need someone who wants to be involved in every stage of the process – from carefully handling furniture to helping create beautiful, styled spaces that buyers will love.
Why work with us?
We want STYLENGO to be more than just a workplace – it's a place where we value teamwork, creativity, and fun while delivering outstanding results.
Here's what we offer:
- A friendly, supportive team culture
- A varied, fast-paced role (no two days are the same).
- Opportunities for growth and career progression
- A great work/life balance with standard weekday hours (9:30am–5pm, with occasional early starts)
- The chance to be part of an exciting, fast-growing business with big plans ahead
If you're practical, motivated, and want a role where you can be part of something creative and rewarding, we'd love to hear from you
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Application Question(s):
- Can you drive a manual transmission vehicle?
- Are you currently on a working visa? If so, which one and how much time is left on it?
Experience:
- Furniture Removalist: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Manual Driver Licence (Required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (Required)
Work Location: In person
