Assistant Company Secretary, NFP

Assistant Company Secretary position within a NFP organisation which touches on financial service products and advice.
This position will support the Company Secretary and act as the appointed Secretary to the group's enterprise management committees and subsidiary boards. You will prepare calendars, agendas, minutes, action items, lodge regulatory documents and maintain corporate registers. You will also attend to corporate governance and compliance requirements including updating and maintaining policies, documentation, and charters.
Seeking at least 2 years work experience in the delivery of company secretarial duties and support. Must have minute taking experience of subsidiary board and committee meetings as well as driving the completion of action items. Some experience in developing and implementing governance policies and processes would be advantageous. In addition you must be a strong relationship manager and be able to work in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities whilst having an excellent attention to detail.
