Platinum Motorcycles is a performance motorcycle workshop specialising in road, track, and off-road bikes. We're looking for a Service/ Spare Parts Advisor to join our team — someone who loves bikes, thrives on customer service, and can keep a busy workshop organised.
About the role:
- Be the first point of contact for riders – greet customers, book jobs, and handle enquiries.
- Manage the workshop calendar and job flow.
- Check in bikes, prepare invoices/quotes, and update customers on progress.
- Order and organise spare parts, manage stock, and liaise with suppliers.
- Support the workshop team with job coordination and quality control.
- Promote upsells, accessories, and services where appropriate.
About you:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of motorcycles, parts, and repairs.
- Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and ownership.
- Keen to keep learning and growing your knowledge.
- A team player who can support both customers and mechanics.
