What We're Looking For

• Passion for motorcycling and genuine desire to share your knowledge with others
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessing or willingness to obtain (you can start work after completing just 3 units)
• Essential units: TAEDEL412, TAEDEL311, and TAEDEL411 - available through online study or TAFE Victoria with flexible options
• Valid full Victorian motorcycle licence with minimum 3 years riding experience
• Strong communication skills - ability to engage and teach students of all ages and backgrounds
• Problem-solving abilities - quick thinking to address any training session challenges
• Weekend availability - flexible schedule including weekends

Career Progression: Permanent part-time opportunities available upon Certificate IV completion

Your Role

• Deliver comprehensive motorcycle training (theory and practical) to students of all skill levels
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Conduct training sessions primarily on weekends with some weekday opportunities
• Maintain detailed student progress and assessment records
• Ensure training equipment and motorcycles are well-maintained and safe
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Create a positive, encouraging learning environment
