This role is central to maintaining and strengthening relationships with insurance brokers following the delivery of make-safe services. You'll be responsible for communicating updates, identifying opportunities to transition to full assessment and repair services, and promoting our end-to-end insurance solutions at industry events.

About the Role:

  • Regularly engage with insurance brokers to provide updates and gather feedback after make-safe services
  • Promote and explain our full insurance assessment and repair services
  • Build and maintain strong broker relationships tailored to their specific needs
  • Attend broker conferences and represent Ambrose alongside our Business Development Team
  • Support the team in refining service delivery based on broker and client experience
  • Contribute to reporting, data accuracy, and process improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in insurance, building and restoration services, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes and procedures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Adept at utilising computer systems for efficient record-keeping and relationship management.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape in the insurance and restoration industry.
  • Willingness to support the team and cover after hours and weekend shifts if necessary
