Hybrid Role
- Respond to high-volume inbound calls
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
- Proactively identify and address customer needs
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Handle time-sensitive calls and complaints while managing challenging expectations
Availability
Must be available to work 38 hours a week on a rotational roster, Monday to Friday between 8am - 8pm. No weekend work required
Duties
- Respond to High Volume inbound calls.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Assist on time sensitive calls and complaints while managing challenging expectations
Skills & Experience
- Previous Customer Service experience will be highly regarded.
- Use your initiative to assist others both colleagues and customers alike to reach common goals.
- Be technically savvy.
- Active listening skills
- Ability to problem solve and take initiative
- Have a high level of resilience.
- Strong attention to detail
