Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time on-site role located in Sydney, NSW. The Office Manager / Team Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities include managing office equipment, providing administrative support, CRM management, overseeing office administration, travel bookings and event management, delivering excellent customer service, and facilitating communication within the team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Experience handling Office Equipment and related tasks
  • Customer Service skills and the ability to manage client relationships
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with office software and technologies
  • Relevant experience in the property or construction industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
