Office Services Co-ordinator, Sydney

Our client is a leading professional services firm who is reimagining their workplace experience for clients and employees.
This collaborative and sophisticated organisation is seeking the 'face of the business'.
Primarily you'll be responsible for providing proactive front of house and concierge services, as well as facilities and administrative support to the Sydney office.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide front of house & concierge support to the Sydney office
- Manage all concierge phone calls, emails, and requests
- Manage room bookings and associated requirements with catering and IT/VC requirements
- Act as a point of liaison to assist external visitors
- Provide first level IT support set-up for guests and staff
- Oversee the cleanliness and tidiness of meeting rooms and common areas
- Conduct facilities tours for new starters
- Manage and process maintenance requests with building management
Skills required:
- Minimum of five years in relevant front of house / facilities role
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Competency operating AV and video conferencing equipment
- Exceptional organisation skills with a capacity and willingness to cover task ranging from complex to routine.
The success candidate is expected to deliver the highest standard of customer care to colleagues and clients.
