About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager with expertise in infrastructure, utilities or asset maintenance solutions to join our collaborative and supportive team at Wetherill Park, NSW.
You will have a true business development focus, proven track record of organic growth and be someone who can build their own success.
This is your opportunity to take your existing business development skills and develop your career with the market leader in asset investigations, renewals and maintenance, the opportunity is yours to take and make your own
Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, your key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating a strong focus and commitment to building the business
- Actively planning and executing weekly sales cycle visits, with a focus on new customers and opportunities
- Preparing and delivering professional presentations to customers and industry audiences
- Proactively tracking, managing, and maintaining all opportunities through the CRM platform
- Scoping and preparing quotes for projects and tenders
- Developing strategies and producing compelling, competitive tender responses
- Representing TDG at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events as a professional and trusted organisation
About You
To be successful for this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development within the Infrastructure, Asset Maintenance, Water & Wastewater, or Civil Construction sectors
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated experience applying problem-solving techniques to complex business challenges
- Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging external stakeholders
- A current General Induction for Construction Work Certificate (White Card)
- A winning attitude, high energy, and a proactive approach
