  • Consistent daytime shifts: Monday to Friday (10am-2pm), weekends (10am-1:30pm)
  • Support a male client with domestic tasks, daily routine, and medication reminde

Nextt is currently seeking reliable and compassionate male support workers to assist a male client in Bondi. This is a great opportunity to support someone in living independently while working within a supportive and professional team.

Shifts Available:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am – 1:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Light household cleaning
  • Prompting the client to complete daily tasks
  • Reminders to take medication
  • Assisting with planning his day and maintaining routine

Requirements:

  • Full driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Medication administration training
  • Experience or training in Behaviour Support
  • Strong understanding of mental health and psychosocial support needs

Pay Rates – SCHADS Award Level E3.1 (Casual):

  • Base hourly rate: $43.23
  • Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $47.55
  • Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $48.41
  • Saturday: $60.52
  • Sunday: $77.81
  • Public holiday: $95.10
