Community Disability Support Worker for Sydney EASTERN SUBURBS.

**Required**:

- Flexible availability.
- Current full Australian driver’s licence.
- Own car.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).

**Other requirements**:

- Fluent in English.
- Must have experience with a **hoist**.
- Skilled in Manual Handling, managing challenging behaviours, and delivering other high-care support.
- At least 2 years of experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
- Available across all weekdays, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Willing to travel to Bondi Area, Malabar, Maroubra, Coogee, etc. Potentially Redfern and other nearby suburbs.

**About the Role**:Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:

- Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.
- Has an initiative to plan client's activities and other social outings.
- Develop connections with the community, and achieve their goals.
- Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.
- Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.
- Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.
