This includes but is not limited to:Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.Has an initiative to plan client's activities and other social outings.Develop connections with the community, and achieve their goals.Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.
