About the role

MI Realtors' are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Real Estate Sales Assistants and Sales Agents in our Tarneit office. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to kickstart your career in real estate sales, working alongside a dynamic and supportive team to provide exceptional customer service and grow our residential property business.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the full sales cycle, from prospecting and listing properties to conducting open homes and negotiations
  • Preparing marketing materials and advertising campaigns to promote properties effectively
  • Providing outstanding customer service to both buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Maintaining detailed records and managing administrative tasks related to property sales
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities and building a strong network of contacts
  • Attending and participating in team meetings to share insights and best practices

What we're looking for

  • A proven track record in sales, customer service or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A self-motivated and driven individual with a keen interest in the real estate industry
  • A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude
  • A real estate sales license or the willingness to obtain one
