The opportunity to join our team

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital & Personalisation team as a Senior Digital Automation Manager. You will play a strategic role in delivering seamless marketing automation and data-driven personalisation across the business. Leading a team of three, you will be the custodian of the CDP (Customer Data Platform) and ensure it supports scalable, personalised, multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will be involved in the implementation and delivery of a CMP (Consent Management Platform) to capture marketing consent in a compliant and safe way. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and customer experience are at the core of all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of the CDP, ensuring accurate data collection, segmentation, and activation
  • Define and evolve the CDP roadmap to support marketing and customer engagement goals
  • Drive multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies focused on data-driven personalisation
  • Translate business goals into actionable use cases (e.g. churn prevention, real-time targeting)
  • Develop scalable audience frameworks and segmentation strategies for campaign execution
  • Architect and execute automation workflows across email, SMS, rich push, paid media, and more
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and creative teams to enhance customer experiences
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and martech best practices

What you will bring:

  • Strong, proven expertise in marketing automation, CDP and CMP implementation and management, and data-led campaign strategy
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering complex martech solutions
  • Extensive hands-on experience integrating CDPs with CRM and broader marketing ecosystems
  • High proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and API-driven personalisation workflows
  • Technical know-how in HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript (a plus)
  • Solid understanding of privacy and data regulations (GDPR, CCPA, ACMA, Australian Privacy Act)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
  • A strategic and innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive adoption
  • A proactive, risk-aware approach to compliant marketing practices
