About the Assignment

The primary objective of this role is to deliver quality and efficient transactional accounting, credit card management and reporting services to the entire Santos community.

Tasks include:

  • Daily Inputting of Accounts Payable invoices
  • Timely Accounts Payable issue resolution working with key internal and supplier stakeholders
  • Following up aged invoices on a regular basis
  • Assisting with Portalink Digital Invoice Entry solution
  • Assembling audit data as required
  • Monthly Supplier Statement review and reconciliations as required.
  • Participate in process improvement projects across Finance.
  • Additional activities as required by the Supervisor - Accounts Payable.
  • Compliance with the Santos Management System (SMS), Santos Delegation of Authority (DOA) and Santos Corporate Governance and Safety requirements.

This assignment is initially offered for 12 months, engaged via Chandler Macleod.

Location for this assignment is Adelaide, CBD working full-time office hours.

About You

  • Strong experience in a transactional processing role
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office tools
  • Previous experience with SAP is desirable
  • Accounting / Business diploma is highly preferred
