OverviewReporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, reconciliations, payment runs, and liaising with stakeholders and vendors. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can hit the ground running in a high-volume environment. You will play a key role in ensuring timely payments, accurate records, and adherence to internal controls.
Responsibilities- Process and code invoices accurately, matching to purchase orders
- Prepare and process local and international payment runs
- Reconcile vendor accounts and manage aged creditors
- Investigate and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and approvals
- Maintain accurate vendor records and manage queries
- Assist with month-end close including accruals and reporting
- Support junior staff and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Minimum 3 years' experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems (Dynamics 365 ideal)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Immediate availability preferred
