Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week

We're looking for a motivated Contract Coordinator to join our Account Management team. This role will be based in our Brisbane office, and you will be reporting into the Regional Account Manager. This is a key role where you'll provide contract administration support and ensure our client contracts are accurate, well-managed, and delivered with the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and maintaining contract documentation, pricing, and variations.
  • Supporting client relationships through timely reporting, feedback management, and portal training.
  • Preparing and maintaining audit schedules, templates, and rate cards.
  • Compiling monthly client reports.
  • Supporting the Regional General Manager with full contract administration and project coordination.
  • Playing an active role in weekly project meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a commercial or contract administration role.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to WHS practices and creating safe work environments.
