An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a highly successful International Airline Industry Provider based at Melbourne Airport supporting the A/R Manager – Oceania Region. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has outstanding attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities and main duties include but are not limited to;


• End to end Accounts Receivable, including but not limited to: Customer collections / Invoicing / credit notes/ allocating payments.

• AR reconciliations.

• Building customer relationships and resolving AR queries and payment issues.

• Timely processing and allocations of daily banking.

• General team support.

• Filing and archiving of accounts receivable documents

• General accounts administrative duties

• Other duties as directed

Essential skills;


• Aviation experience desirable but not essential

• At least two years' experience in AR position or similar.

• Demonstrated ability in planning work schedule to meet deadlines, ability to     work under pressure and ability to pay attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Demonstrate ability to be discreet and maintain a high level of confidentiality.


• Intermediate Mc Excel skills.

Hours;

  • Up to 30 hours/4 days per week
  • Flexible Working Environment
